Website Terms Of Use

WEBSITE TERMS OF USE

(for dawnowen.com and dawn-owen.newzenler.com)

1. Who we are

This website and the content on it are provided by Neon Tiger Limited, trading as “Dawn Owen Coaching” (“we”, “us”, “our”).

These Terms of Use apply when you visit or browse:

  • my main website at dawnowen.com, and
  • my online course platform, currently at dawn-owen.newzenler.com, including any pages you can see without logging in.

If you carry on using the site, you’re agreeing to these terms.

2. What you can (and can’t) do with the site

You’re welcome to browse the site, read blog posts, check out programmes and events, listen to the podcast and generally get a feel for how I work. You can share links with your friends and on social media, as long as you’re not pretending my content is yours and you’re not using it in a way that harms my business.

You agree not to use the site in any way that’s unlawful, harmful, abusive or likely to damage the site or stop it working properly for other people. That includes trying to hack it, scrape it, send spam through it or upload anything that contains viruses or dodgy code.

Where the platform gives you a login (for example, for paid courses or communities), you’re responsible for keeping your login details safe. Please don’t share your password with other people or let anyone use your account to access paid content.

3. Intellectual property and content

All the content on the site – text, graphics, photos, logos, videos, audio, downloads, designs and the general “feel” and branding – belongs to us or is used with permission. You’re allowed to enjoy it for your own personal use.

You’re not allowed to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, repost, upload or create new works from our content without getting written permission first. Sharing a screenshot or quote with credit and a link is usually fine; ripping an entire programme or blog post and passing it off as your own is not.

4. No professional advice

Everything on the site is for general information, inspiration and education. It’s not tailored advice for your specific situation and it doesn’t replace professional advice.

Nothing on the site is intended to be, or should be taken as, medical advice, mental health advice, financial advice, investment advice, legal advice or tax advice. If you need that kind of support, please speak to a qualified professional.

Any stories, wins and testimonials on the site are examples of what’s possible. They’re not promises or guarantees that you’ll get the same results.

5. Third-party links and resources

Sometimes I link to other websites, tools, podcasts, resources or social media accounts that I think you’ll enjoy. Those sites are not under my control. A link doesn’t mean I’m endorsing everything they say or do.

I’m not responsible for the content of other sites or for anything that happens if you choose to visit them or buy from them. Always check their terms and privacy information before sharing your details.

6. Availability of the site

I do my best to keep the site up and running, but I can’t promise it will be available 100% of the time. There may be times when the site is down for maintenance, updates or because of things outside my control.

I’m not liable if, for any reason, the site is unavailable at any time or for any period.

7. Limiting our liability for website use

We try to make sure the information on the site is accurate and up to date, but we can’t promise it’s perfect. We don’t accept responsibility for any loss or damage you suffer because you relied on something you read on the site, where the law allows us to exclude that responsibility.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we’re not liable for any indirect or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of (or inability to use) this site, including loss of profit, business, opportunity or data.

Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude or limit liability where that would be unlawful, such as liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

8. Your personal information

If you submit personal information through the site – for example by signing up for emails, downloading something or buying a programme – we’ll handle it in line with our Privacy Policy, which you can read on the site.

Cookies are used on the site; the details are also set out in our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to these Website Terms

We may update these Website Terms of Use from time to time, for example if the law changes or if we change how the site works. The date at the top will always show when we last updated them.

If you carry on using the site after we’ve made changes, we’ll take that as your acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Questions or issues

If you’ve got a question about these Website Terms, or you spot something on the site that isn’t working properly, please email team@dawnowen.com and let us know.
